Around this time last year, the coolers, studio, and even the house was packed with flowers everywhere, friends everywhere, and so much love and organization in the mix.

My floral friends came together to bring our wedding vision to life, and “thank you” will never be enough. I gave Laurel the job for the week of capturing all the BTS because the only thing I did was help process and organize flowers at the very beginning. After that, I fully stepped back and said, “Here’s my vision and the vases. I trust you, do your thing!”

One of my favorite parts about that week was not really knowing exactly how everything would turn out. Like… I knew, but I didn’t 😂

I’ll forever be grateful for their hard work, dedication, and pure heart behind every design. You made our day more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. Love you all endlessly, thank you for everything!

Around this time last year, the coolers, studio, and even the house was packed with flowers everywhere, friends everywhere, and so much love and organization in the mix.

My floral friends came together to bring our wedding vision to life, and “thank you” will never be enough. The main reason is to protective the large block of foam from splitting/breaking! We were traveling a good distance with these designs and we took this extra safety measure to ensure designs stayed in place and perfect for set up! 🌸🌼🌺

There is something really special about walking someone through a proposal and watching the lightbulb go off. Once you see what goes into florals, the time, the labor, the mechanics, the prep, the ordering process, the post-event teardown, the design time, and yes, the cost of blooms themselves… it changes everything.

Floral design is so much more than dropping numbers in an email. My role is to educate, communicate value, and help couples understand what they are investing in. I never want someone to feel confused or shocked by pricing. I want them to see the craft, the strategy, and the heart behind each arrangement.

The floral industry has been boxed into this weird stigma that florists “charge out the butt for flowers.” It is time for people to see the full picture. Knowledge builds trust, and transparency creates respect.

If this encourages one couple to ask questions, get curious, and learn before assuming florists “just add stems to a vase,” mission accomplished. 👏🏻

Yesterday we spent the day at one of our favorite venues, @lonestaroakslh, for their Bride’s Day and had the best time showing couples exactly that! 💍

The venue has an amazing Something Borrowed Room that’s stocked with decor couples can use for their big day that’s included in the venue rental! 🤯

We mixed our floral designs with their decor to show how simple (and beautiful) it can be to combine the two giving you a styled, cohesive wedding without the stress of overspending. @rileylouevents was there to put her planner touch on all the tables and ensure the design was perfect!

We also highlighted our sister company, @simpleecone, and the feedback was incredible. Seeing couples light up when they realized how easy and affordable this option is made my heart so full. It’s been such a labor of love, and moments like this remind us why we do what we do!

Let’s chat about tape grids and why we use them!

Tape grids help hold the flowers and greenery inside of a large mouth vase. It’s not something that is required or done every time we design but it definitely helps!

I highly recommend this for new designers or DIY florists who enjoy arranging flowers at home. It will help guide you in the beginning until you get confident enough to not need it!

I always say do what makes you feel comfortable and confident even if others don’t do it!
